National Hispanic Heritage Month is an observation and celebration of the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America. Enjoy a full month and a half of delicious a la carte specials at Tapa Toro as we celebrate our heritage.
